Two prenatal visits and consultations to discuss your birth preferences, pregnancy or birth concerns, pain management techniques, and prenatal care. (Virtual or In-person)
Assistance in creating a birth plan outlining your preferences for labor and delivery
24/7 on-call availability from 38 weeks of pregnancy until the baby's birth
Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support during labor and delivery
Guidance on pain relief techniques, such as breathing and relaxation methods
Advocacy of the Client’s preferences and needs to medical professionals during labor
2 Postpartum visits In person/ Virtual depending on distance. I will provide guidance and support with initial breastfeeding and postpartum recovery. Will do chores/cook if needed
